Siwelele FC has confirmed the departure of its exciting young forward Siviwe Magidigidi to Belgian First Division B side K Beerschot V.A.
This follows the successful conclusion of negotiations between the two clubs. “We’re delighted to see Magidigidi take the next step in his journey. Few players earn the opportunity to move to Europe at 20 years old, and we have every confidence that he will seize this opportunity and continue to develop his already impressive talent,” Siwelele FC CEO Lerato Kholoanyane said.
Kholoanyane said Magidigidi departs with the club’s appreciation and respect. “With this deal finalised, we wish him well in Belgium, and we take this opportunity to also indicate that our preparations for the second and final leg of the season are already underway.
“Our supporters can look forward to the announcement of new signings in the coming days as we reinforce the squad and push to deliver the performances and results our fans deserve,” Kholoanyane concluded.
